1. check-in is from 16:00 pm, check-out no later than 10:00 am. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time, causing a delay for subsequent cleaning, are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even on terraces/balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 500€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

3. photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

4. no other guests are allowed without prior booking. We charge 100€ per night for each unauthorized guest.

5. animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

6. systems for measuring the noise level may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive volumes.

7. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to info@stay-inhome.de.
